Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation terms apply based on your country of residence or where you access the Website from.

For Customers Outside Europe

You may cancel your paid subscription to Dezyred at any time.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

    · Log in to your account and navigate to your profile at: https://dezyred.com/dashboard/easy-cancel; or

    · Visit the website of the payment processor you used during signup, either Epoch or SegPay, and manage your subscription there.

You may also contact our customer support team, and we’ll assist you with the cancellation process. Please refer to the confirmation email sent by the billing agent (Epoch or SegPay) for details such as your username and member/purchase ID.

Timing of Cancellation

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to your subscription benefits until that time. Canceling your subscription will stop future charges, but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period, unless otherwise required by law.

No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in our Terms of Service.

Free Trials

If your subscription includes a free trial, cancellation must occur before the trial ends to avoid being charged. We will send you a reminder before your trial expires, where required by law.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation via email or in your account interface. Please retain this for your records.

For Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom

If you reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer protection laws. However, because Dezyred provides access to digital content immediately upon purchase, you are asked at checkout to provide express consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right once access begins. By giving that consent, you waive the 14-day withdrawal period once you access paid features of your subscription.

Effect of Withdrawal

If you withdraw within the 14-day period and you have not accessed any paid features of the subscription during that time, we will provide a full refund.

If you have accessed subscription features, your withdrawal right no longer applies, and no refund will be provided.

Cancellation After 14 Days

You may cancel your subscription at any time after the withdrawal period.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation, but fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

Confirmation

We will confirm your cancellation by email. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing cycle.
